Getting started

Logy is a calm AI notebook for the things you can't afford to forget. You capture however you like — typing, voice, photo, file — and Logy organises it, makes it searchable, and can quietly set reminders for anything that's time-bound. Think of it as a second brain that doesn't shout.

No. You can use Logy fully offline without ever creating an account. An account is only required if you want cloud backup or to use Logy on more than one device. When you do sign up, you can use a phone number (one-time code) or sign in with Google.

iOS and Android, built natively with Flutter.

AI & capture

The AI gives every note a title, a short summary, useful tags, and pulls out anything that looks like a reminder (a date, a deadline, “before Tuesday”). It also reads the contents of images and PDFs so you can search by what's inside them. And the built-in Assistant can answer questions across everything you've saved.

Logy uses Google's Gemini — currently Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite for processing, plus Google's embedding model for search. The model is invoked on demand, with the smallest payload required for the task. We don't send your full notebook to the cloud — only the note you're capturing, or the notes relevant to an Assistant question.

No. Notes sent for processing are not retained or used for model training. We're contractually bound by our AI provider's terms to ensure that.

Yes. The notebook is local-first, so capturing, reading and browsing your notes all work without a connection. AI processing (titles, summaries, tags, reminder extraction) runs when you're online and catches up automatically once you reconnect.

Privacy & data

On your device. Logy is local-first — your notebook lives in on-device storage. The cloud is only used for optional backup and for AI processing of the specific note you're capturing.

When you turn on backup, your notebook is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before it's uploaded, so it's stored as ciphertext rather than readable notes. The encryption key is unique to your account and managed by Logy, so your backup restores seamlessly on a new device — there's no passphrase to remember or lose.

Yes, with Premium. Turn on cloud backup & sync, and your notebook restores on any device where you sign in. Notes merge newest-wins, so the most recent version of each item is what you keep.

Settings › Account › Delete account. This permanently removes your notes, images, voice notes, files and reminders — on this device and in the cloud. It can't be undone, so if you have a subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Play Store first.

Plans & billing

Yes — the notebook is free, with limits on how many notes you can keep. Premium removes those limits and unlocks the AI Assistant, cloud backup & multi-device sync, automatic reminders, and the dark theme. Eligible new users may also be offered a free trial of Premium.

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Play Store. Open the store app, find Logy in your subscriptions list, and cancel. Your notebook stays put; only Premium features turn off at the end of the current period.

If you're already subscribed, your renewal price won't change without notice and explicit consent.
